PROGRAM
Easter Island, named by its inhabitants, RAPA NUI or TE PITO TE HENUA, is one of the most remote inhabited islands in the world, where a complex culture existed, under extreme conditions of isolation.
Rapa Nui forms part of what is known as the Polynesian triangle, that has Hawai on its North vertex , New Zealand on its South vertex and Rapa Rui on the last vertex.It stands out as being the only Polynesian island where the Spanish language is spoken in addition to the local original tongue, Rapa Nui.
Easter Island is chilean territory and is located in the middle of the Soutrh Pacific Ocean at 3,700 Km. From any inhabited coast.
Myth and reality are blended in this terrotory that gave origin to a extraordinary culture, wich makes Rapa Nui a valuable archaeological treasure that reaches beyond Chilean frontiers.
The island was declared as a WORLD HERITAGE SITE by UNESCO in 1995 and recognised as one of the most significant outdoor museums in the world.
Its strtegic location makes it principal point of connection and door of entry of the Asian Pacific countries and is also an important centre for scientific investigation of all types, specially archaeological and anthropological, considering the high content of vestiges of that millenary culture.
Withot doubt, the outstanding features of the Rapa Nui culture are the statues called MOAIS, dedicated to the memory of the most important ancestros, who presided from their altars (AHU). Thwe statues have characteristics that make them unique in the world, like size, weight, material,etc.
For all this reasons, Easter Island is onu of the most attractive and interesting tourist destination in the world.
DAY 1
arrive to Santiago Airport.
Transfer to hotel in limousine with flowers bouquet.In the afternoon, citytour, we will see the highlights.
Dinner at hotel restaurant, after that transfer to the vip club FAUSTO.
Day 2
Transfer to airport to take a flight to easter Island.
Arrive in MATAVERI airport.. In the afternoon we going to see the ANA KAI TANGATA cave and the RANO KAU volcano, that has the largest watershed crater near to the sea. The ceremonial settlement of ORONGO is situated on its southeast side, where the TANGATA MANU (Bird man) ceremony was held once a year.
Day 3
Full Day excursion. The first stops in the south coast route are: VAIHU and AKANHANGA, with ruined platforms and fallen MOAIS. Following this is the RANO RARAKU volcano and its volcanic rock quarry, hence, TONGARIKI and its 15 MOAI. The day ends at the beautiful ANAKENA beach
Day 4
Half day excursion. The circuits start at the enormous ANA TE PAHU cave and continues to AHU AKIVI, where the seven may are located in the centre of the island. It finishes at the red stone quarry of PUNA PAU

Transfer from Hotel to Airport

Abendessen im hotel restaurant, danach transfer zum exclusive club FAUSTO
2. TAG- ZUR OSTERNINSELN
Flug von Santiago nach Osterninseln.
Die Faszination der geheimnisvollen Steinstatuen, der Moais, hat die Osterinsel (UNESCO-Kulturdenkmal) weltberühmt gemacht. Anstelle des Heimflugs von santiago geht es heute auf das vulkanisch geprägte Eiland mit seinem milden Klima.

3. TAG- RAPA NUI
Frühstück im Hotel.
Die ganztätige Besichtigungtour führt zunächst entlang der Südküste zu den Ruinen von AHU VAIHU und AHU HAKAHANGA, ehemals bedeutenden Zeremonialklomplexen. Danach geht es landeinwärts zum Vulkan RANO RARAKU, einem der fasziniersten Plätze der Insel überhaupt: hier wurden einst die Moais aus dem Tuff geschnitten und noch heute stehen mehr als 300, dieser Statuen zum Abtransport bereit am Hang. Anscliessend wird mit AHU TONGARIKI die schönste und am besten reconstruirte Anlage besucht. Gigantisch die Plattform mit 15 Moais vor der Kulisse des tosend anbrandenen Pazifiks. Mit vielfältigen Eindrücken wird die La Perousse- Bucht angesteuert und am bezaubernden Strand von ANAKENA gepicknickt, unweit des im Rahmen der Expedition von Thor Heyerdahl 1956 wieder aufgerichteten Moai.

4. TAG –VULKANE
Frühstück im Hotel
Der Vormittag beginnt mit einem Besucht der Sakralatätte von AHU VINAPU, einem Bau mit symmetrischer Steinestzung. Weiter geht es zum Cráteres des Vulkans RANO KAU an dessen Rand sich ein beeindruckendes Panorama bietet, und zum Zeremoniedorf ORONGO. nach einem Besuch des Kunsthandwerkmarktes von HANGA ROA geht es am Nachmittag zum berühmten AHU AKIVI. Dort stehen die sieben Moais wie für die Ewigkeit und schauen über das Meer. Besichtigung des Vulkansteines PUNA A PAU und der archäologischen Zone.

5. TAG- RÜCKFLUG
Frühstück im Hotel.
Transfer zum Flughafen und Rückflug Nach Santiago
DIA 1

cena en el restaurant del hotel, después traslado al club mas importante de la ciudad FAUSTO.

Traslado desde el hotel al apto, tomando un vuelo a la Isla de Pascua, 5 hrs. Aprox.
Recepción Apto MATAVERI, traslado al hotel.
Medio día de excursión, visitando el volcán Rano Kau, la ciudad ceremonial de Orongo y templo Vinapu. Regreso al Hotel.

Excursión de día completo visitando los templos de Vaihu, Tongariki, Te Pito Kura, la cantera de Rano Raraku finalizando en la hermosa playa de Anakena.
